I am writing just to give you a big thank you to you for everything you did for me while I was in New York for my VCU Senior Showcase. I cannot express how much it meant to me to be noticed by such a kind and warm person while I was there. It was a breath of fresh air and I will not soon forget it.  I just wanted to make sure my appreciation came through to its absolute fullest.

Enclosed in the envelope is also the signed contract for the freelance work. I am proud to say that I had an absolute blast going on my first professional audition in New York and I will not soon forget the experience. Again, thank you so much for everything.

"Susan has taught me valuable skills through coaching, both about the business of acting and life here in The Big Apple.  I have grown as a person and as an actor.  She has provided me with wonderful opportunities to work with giants in the industry one on one and receive their feedback. Most importantly, she helped me get a great agent who is well-known and wonderful to work with.  have learned to be more disciplined and organized in my career and how to treat it as an operating business. I have learned how to set personal goals so that I can see my productivity and therefore always feel like I am moving forward. It is empowering to take control of my own career. I have learned to focus on the positives vs. negatives of each week. I have learned not to take things personally. I’ve learned how to avoid negative or nervous energy from others at auditions. I have learned how to network, and the proper ways to communicate with casting directors and agents.  I was brought in by Jamibeth Margolis for “Warsaw the Musical.” I was called in for Glinda u/s for the first national tour of “Wicked” by Telsey & Co. (my dream role!).  I was seen by Barry and Naomi, and now work exclusively with Naomi Kolstein of KTA!  Susan has encouraged me and always believed in me! Thank you so much, Susan, for all of your guidance as I begin my journey here in NYC!"  McClain Kitchens, NY
